He said he is one who will say the truth no matter what. He Gaye was described as one who is very professional and stood by the truth. Cole said the Gambia really lost a great man. Several people conveyed Gaye to his final resting place they included Mr. Ebrima Cole, Madi Ceesay GPU, Pap Saine, Sam Sarr, Baikoro Sillah, Mansour Njie a veteran radio broadcaster, and several other former colleagues and friends. Author: Mariama Ceesay CommentsOmar Darboe - Africa, World Friday, November 02, 2007 9:30 AM Accept my heartfelt condolence and sympathy mother land GAMBIA. The Gambia has lost yet again another bright son of hers. Therefore, is not only his family is griefing right now but every one. I owe Babucarr alot, he has contributed alot to my development. His trust worthiness, his bluntness and his forsight are some of his qualities I must mention. Any way may Allah watch over your family and watch over you in heaven. We your former student of yours would never forget you. Our memory of the trip with you to Senegal sponsored by the UNICEF through the Gambia office will forever be cherished. Please Baboucarr tell Allah or God we are coming and hope to join you in Heaven.
To my colleagues and our mentors "Luta continua" . Ebrima Taal - Africa, World Monday, November 12, 2007 6:14 AM Sillah said Cole said indeed. What a bunch of grammatical criminals. Men of letters such as Shakespeare and Rossetti must have been shivering and painfully depressed in their graves. Mr. Madi Ceesay, common on, do what honour demands and stop calling yourself a journalist. You will do great service to the Gambian media if u can humbly bury this Media Agenda stuff under the pillars of the stupid Arch 22 in Banjul. Man the grammar in this website is much more horrifying than the images of Iraq war. Rubbish, rubbish, nothing but rubbish scattered all over this site. There is no error-free sentence in the so-called tribute article. Man the grammar is just full of shit. "Sillah said Cole said?" Gimme a break. Madi u better off getting back to Wackenhut and take ya hands completely off GPU or journalism. Peace bro.
