Mr. president the staff do not need D50,000.00, what they need is a good leadership, salary review, good raods, working health care system, educatoin, security, and eventually improvement in the quality of their lives. I asure you that some of the staff you saw would not be sleepping thses days knowing the type of a leader you are. Your vist was a threat to the civil service.
