Right Choice burglars in court

Five men, namely Sulayman Ndure, Babucarr Ceesay, Ousman Dibba, Ousman Ndure and Muhammed Ceesay, believed to have been involved in the Right Choice Supermarket theft case were yesterday arraigned before Senior Magistrate Abdoulie Mbake of the Kanifing Magistrates Court. 6 months, deportation for Senegalese thief

Senior Magistrate Abdoulie Mbake of the Kanifing Magistrates Court yesterday convicted and sentenced one Abdou Kadry Taal, a Senegalese to six months imprisionment for stealing. The accused was also ordered to pay a fine of D5,500 to cover the cost of two mobile phones stolen from the complainant, John Gomez, in default to serve another three month imprisionment term, which would run concurrently with the first. CFA thief in court

One Essa Manneh, was on Monday arraigned before Senior Magistrate Abdoulie Mbake of the Kanifing Magistrates Court on charges of stealing. Buba Jawo, the principal magistrate at the Kanifing Magistrates Court, yesterday, delivered tough sentences on  Bakary Badjie and Ebrima Sallah of Serrekunda.
