FAKE ALLEGATIONS MADE TO THE FORMER ALKALO OF
SHOM VILLAGE.

The accused allegation, made by the Kombo East district Tribunal prior the Wednesday judgment was a plot against the former Alkalo of shom village. Similar attempts ware made the past coup months, by Ayuba Jarju alias Terma Linching, when he lead a group that went around the village making a campaign for a replacement the Alakalo, so interesting too a problem imaged between the Alkalo and the chief who presided the judgment at the Kombo East District Tribunal: these problems ran thus:

1)This young fellow thought he would be able to stupefy the villagers with the reason that the Alikaloship in 1993 was from the village area call Kamangura and after the 1994 change of regime which he is not in favor of for he is from Kamangura, We have no problem for any change that the villagers may wish to, but straightforwardness is what matters to us, beside the chosen boy (Lamin A.Jarju) is a very good and hardworking boy who is ready for any development of the village.

2) Another issue was that the chief have an ongoing grievance to the Alikalo Momodou Jarju from a problem that imaged between them when a land belonging to one certain Pa Jallow, presently residing at the USA was allege be sold by the chief to a white young man from Belarus and the transfer of ownership was brought before the Alkalo Momodou Jarju to sign which he refused to do so.

In fact during the past couple of days I was making my ground investigation and even find out from someone in one of the surrounding villages that the fullas (Alieu Aballow, Abdourahman Jallow, Ebrima Barray Alpha Oumar Jallow and Salifu Mballow were told to testify against Momodou Jarju and that the issue that he took some money from them was a fraud. In the world at large, I will not give a penny to anyone without making him sign for it, much more an amount stated.

After the deliberation from the tribunal, a celebration was made by several groups humiliated during the Ayuba petition saying that we will see how they will pay this money, and some started saying that he used the money on the house I am renovating for my father at Shom. As muslims, we should learn to be on the truth at all time, love your neighbors and stay away from being a hypocrite.

The situation is this: I am ready to transfer the requested amount to the: Kombo East District tribunal if the following issues are clarified: - My self and the family at shom want to see a sign receipt of the money collected from each one of those who testify Momodou picking the money from them in exchange of forest wood.

If not we unanimously agreed on the following that:
1) the justice will not be considered fair and in that case I will personally sponsor an appeal to a higher court since Momadou tried pledging not guilty and was not accept for some reasons….

2) In the event that the case is not well taking care of, I am personally ready to proceed to Amnesty International for a fair justice.
