The successful candidate will be based at MRC Fajara/ Basse and will be required to provide research -standard inpatient nursing  care and work in the community when required.</p><p>We seek someone with:-<br /> *  A Minimum of 5 O’Level or WASSCE with credits in English language and Mathematics <br /> *  State Enrolled Nurses (SEN) Certificate or higher.<br /> *  Good written and spoken English<br /> *  Excellent communication skills.<br /> *  Ability to perform, supervise, monitor and train others in the severe pneumonia study team on sample collection and handling.<br /> *  Ability to deal sensitively with patients.<br /> *  Ability to keep neat and precise records.<br /> *  Ability to work cooperatively in a team<br /> *  Ability to speak at least two local languages.<br /> *  Ability to ride a motorbike and hold a valid motorbike license is an advantage.<br /> *  Willingness to work flexi- time if required.</p><p>Salary will be paid in Occupational Group B3/C1 depending on qualification and experience plus allowances.</p><p>We cannot accept applications from people who are currently, or in the last 6 months employed by the Department of State for Health.</p><p>To apply, please complete the standard MRC application form, which is available at the Human Resources Office and attach photocopies of qualifications and any other relevant documents.
