The post holder is also involved in other operation-related tasks, as a back-up person, mainly for capacity <br /> <br /> building, and also communication and visibility of EC external assistance. <br /> <br /> Main tasks and duties: <br /> <br /> • Focal Point to NGOs and Civil Society Organisations <br /> <br /> • Participation in all phases of the Project Management Cycle for Programmes and Projects in the sectors mentioned under “General Description”. The post holder ensures that the ‘Non-State Actors Strengthening Programme’ financing agreement and Budget lines grants contracts are correctly implemented, from an administrative, technical and financial point of view. <br /> <br /> • The post holder contributes to the preparation and execution of tenders relating to the programmes and projects in her/his field of responsibility. S/he makes sure contract are executed properly. The post holder also contributes to the Terms of Reference for studies and technical assistance. <br /> <br /> • Maintenance of a permanent dialogue at the appropriate level with counterparts in her/his fields of responsibility.  S/he makes sure contracts are executed properly.
