The Republic of Kosova was an unrecognized secessionist state proclaimed in 1991 by a parallel parliament representing the Ethnic Albanian population of Kosovo was formally disbanded in 2000 when its institutions were replaced by the Joint Interim Administrative Structure established by the United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK).

• Geographical and Geopolitical Distance: The physical distance between the country where the person or company is from and the publishing country and the total number of countries in which they were published. We call this Reach.
  
  

The result is a continuously updated list (below) of the most talked about people in the past week organized by where the person, company or organization is from.
