The civilsuit involving Baba Jobe, Amadou Samba and seven other defendants was on Thursday the 30thof October 2008 postponed until the 11thof November 2008.JusticeSafiyatou Njie of the Banjul High Court presided over the case. Changes in High Court Division

According to the office of the Chief Justice there have been changes in the High Court Division with effect from the 1st October 2008. The changes effected are that Hon Mrs Justice Safiyatou Njie has been assigned to commercial division, in addition to her assignment at the civil and land division. While Hon Mr Joseph Wowoe has been assigned to the criminal division, in addition to his assignment at Basse division.
