According to him, his restaurant is dealing with food safety, adding that the food that we eat should be properly checked because this is going to our stomach. He said every six months one has to do a course on food safety. “It is something recognised by the law,” he explained.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" ><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;" >“With the help of NaNa and also searching through the website, I was able to gather more experience on food safety and this was followed by giving them test,” he said. He called on the Health Inspectors in the country to intervene in such situations.
