Judgement delivered in police officer’s case

After almost three months of legal proceedings, the Banjul Magistrates’ Court has finally delivered its judgement in the case of a police officer who ‘aided and abetted’ a remand prisoner to escape from lawful custody. Banjul Magistrates Court yesterday, Tuesday, delivered a ruling in the no-case submission earlier filed by the defence counsel in the government theft, abuse of office case against Lt.
