GPA refurbishes Armitage SSS

The Gambia Ports Authority (GPA) has began a major refurbishment at Armitage Senior Secondary School in Janjangbureh, Central River Region. The GPA has now sanctioned the display of waste bins on the ferries which is a brilliant idea, please keep it up. However, some of these bins are without lids and I cannot fathom that bit of it as what can an invoice of D5000 for all bins requirements do to an organization such as the GPA.
