High Court Dismisses Former NIA Director of Finance Bail Review Application

Changes in High Court Division

According to the office of the Chief Justice there have been changes in the High Court Division with effect from the 1st October 2008. The changes effected are that Hon Mrs Justice Safiyatou Njie has been assigned to commercial division, in addition to her assignment at the civil and land division. Official sources from the Judicial Service have confirmed to this paper the dismissal of Justice B.Y Camara and Justice Haddy Roche from active service.
