This track really rocked the music industry and this triggered a lot to admire me” she said.</p><p>Commenting on her Africell sponsorship package, Ndey Cham revealed that it was her road to Canada clip that motivated  the management of Africell to sponsor my album .</p><p>She further revealed that the sponsorship packages will last for two years .</p><p>According to her, she took part in the famous Nothinghill carnival held in the United Kingdom sometime ago, where  she performed alongside with other artistes from around the world.</p><p>Mohamed, the manager of the young sprouting talent, said plans are currently in the offing for the young star to performed with a live band.</p><p>According to him, they have so far produced about 500 copies and can be found in almost all the recording studios in the Greater Banjul Area. </p><p>“ The album was ready since 2005 but due to financial constraints the release of the album was delayed. I want to tell her fans that, let them go out for her latest album as it is on high demand. This 4 man group created a style, reminiscent of old cultural songs and innovatively added the present day mbalax/salsa, dancehall beat with local chorus rap. This unique style has left the crew in a world of its own. </font></p><p><font size="3" >Maslaa bi is one of the most outstanding groups in the Gambian music scene. In 1999, they were invited as guest artists to perform at the Miss ECOWAS beauty contest in The Gambia. They also performed alongside Youssou N'Dour at the Senegalese summer outing as guest artists at the invitation of the Senegalese National TV. Maslaa bi have staged their own shows and also opened shows for artists like Baaba Maal, Daar j, Frankie Paul, Lucky Dube to name a few. They also produced several video clips which gained national attention in The Gambia and Senegal.</font></p><font size="3" >Maslaa bi’s second album “Waxtaalnal ko” was released in 2001. It was ranked as one of the most ever sold albums in the Gambia at that time. The single ‘Waxtaanal ko' added several miles to the group’s speedy journey to stardom.
