PeterEkueme, a Nigerian residing in Tallinding, was on 19thAugust 2008 convicted and sentenced by theBundung Magistrates’ Court for attempting to rape an eight-year -old girl.He wassentenced to a fine of D5000, in default to serve five months’ imprisonment.
