Husband in Court for Threatening to Kill Wife

One Kekuta Touray was recently arraigned before Magistrate John Njie of the Brikama Magistrates’ Court on a charge of threatening violence. According to the particulars of the offence, on 28th July 2008 at Brikama, the accused threatened to kill one Rohey Jatta. When the charge sheet was read to him in the language he claimed to have understood, he pleaded not guilty. Magistrate John Njie then advised both parties to live in peace since they are couples.
