First International Conference on Education Initiatives and Development in The Gambia. Organised in May 24th to 26th at The YMCA conference hall, M. D. I. Road, Serrekunda. Some of the distinguished speakers were: Ms Isatou Ndow, Head of School of Education, Gambia College; Dr Misawa, Dr Emeka Williams Obiozor but to name a few. RIght now is a beautiful and interesting time: We had frost one night and early in the morning the fields were all white and mist was all over the lake. The late afternoons are just so beautiful and set the trees in a golden light.
